About Executive Psychological Consulting:

What do we do?

Executive Psychological Consulting helps individuals, families, and their family businesses to maintain the delicate balance between personal aspirations and proper business considerations. We assess, consult and train members of family businesses — individually and as a group — to sort out their personal differences, solve their business-related problems, and offer ways to facilitate the successful management of the family business.

Here are a few examples of issues on which we offer help:

  • The founder and the sons/daughters who are employed in the business do not see eye to eye.
  • Your children outside the business insist on being involved, though they do not have the necessary skills.
  • You and your offspring quarrel about who maintains the controlling shares.
  • Siblings fight about money and control of the business.
  • You consider solving differences through legal means.
  • Your relationship with your parents (founders of the business) is such that they are not allowed to visit you at home or see their grandchildren.
  • You see a lawyer or a financial advisor about estate planning, and your family members are fighting for their shares.
  • Whatever estate planning solution you have in mind does not satisfy anyone but you.
  • You think the time has come to embark on succession planning.
  • You want to establish a plan for the continuation of the business and make sure that all family members (shareholders) will abide by it.
  • When the personal relationships among the family members are so bad that you'd rather sell the business than deal with them.
